Although Baya has changed and evolved over the years, we started with humble beginnings. Our spark was ignited when co-founder Josh decided to make his own wedding furniture in 2013. After spending hours searching for the perfect, rustic wedding accessories, he took matters into his own hands. Ed, upon returning from his travels in Australia was keen to put his carpentry skills to good use and BAYA was born.
Baya Hire is based in North Devon and we take our inspiration from our environment and go by the mantra ‘make what we like’. Our love of designing, building and working with sustainable materials has lead us into being suppliers of genuinely unique and stunning venues – Our timber framed domes.
Our domes come in 3 different configurations and two of them (our Single Dome and Sail and the Double Dome) are in a league of there own, a perfect mix of beauty and functionality.
Baya Hire cater for a range of different needs, our Single Domes can comfortably hold 100 people dining, our Single Dome and Sail 180 people and our Double Dome up to 200. The different functions and possibilities of layout means the timber framed domes are perfect for almost any size wedding or event.
