Ink & Paper is Grania, ampersand enthusiast, Bowie obsessive and hoarder of red lipstick. When not in the studio, she can usually be found wandering the corridors of the V&A or enjoying a cocktail or two in East London.

Based in leafy West London, Ink & Paper creates gorgeous handcrafted letterpress and hot foil wedding stationery. Incorporating modern design, elegant hand illustration and beautiful modern calligraphy elements, founder Grania works from her garden studio where she is surrounded by the soothing clanks and rhythms of her vintage Vicobold Press.

This is where your stationery comes to life. The designs balance colour and white space, taking their cues from the natural world, and using textural debossing to add a clean, contemporary edge. Think luxurious print finishes, hand-made paper, glimmering foil and sumptuous card stock. Your love story has character – it’s time to give you stationery that’s worthy of it.

What makes us unique

Founded in 2018, Ink & Paper was born out of an obsession with handcrafted stationery and the tactile old world elegance of letterpress printing. Every sheet of card to leave the press is meticulously checked by hand. As a small studio, ensuring that each and every one of my clients walks away with their perfect stationery is of utmost importance to me.

A wedding is a day of many different components and moving parts. However, designing your wedding stationery needn’t be a headache: I also make sure I takes the time to get to know you and work with you each step of the way so that I can provide you with stationery that truly reflects you as a couple:

We start with a consultation, where you can share all your wedding-day ideas, and the things that make you tick as a couple. Remember, inspiration for your stationery can be drawn from the passions you share outside of the world of wedmin.

I then get to work and create an initial design proposal for you, including two design routes, visual inspiration plus suggested paper types.

Once your concept has been refined and finalised, it’s time to bring thr design to life! I’ll create your finished design, bringing you a full-colour digital proof of your invitation or suite.

Finally, it is time to crank up the printing press. Everything is produced in house, whether it is letterpress, hot foil, calligraphy and even wax seals.
