Hey! I’m Ian from Sidey Clark Photography. Photographs are like antiques; they get more valuable as they get older. And this is especially true on your wedding day, because these are the memories you’ll want to relive again and again. However, that doesn’t mean they have to be dull, traditional, or emotionless. In fact, it’s the opposite: you’re fun, creative, full of life, chilled, but can still bust a move when the beat drops, so why not have a fun wedding photographer to capture all of that and more?

What makes us unique

My aim as your photographer is to immortalise the incredible plans you’ve got up your sleeve, so that you can look at them for years to come and immediately be transported right back. This means that beforehand, I like to get to know you and your story so that I can make sure I’m focussed on all the right things. And on the day itself, I’m there to be your right hand man. I’m your cheerleader with a camera, but also a dab hand at attaching buttonholes and I’ve got dress floofing down to a fine art, so that you can enjoy your day . The only hiccups I want are the ones you’ll have at 2am after a night of partying with your loved ones…

Ian also is an incredibly nice guy who made us feel super comfortable (we are not really photo people) when we met for a pre-wedding shoot, he is also super encouraging and was a friendly face to see during our wedding planning. He did so so much for us on the day, he is more than a photographer, he was a huge support - honestly he ended up helping to dress me, carrying half my stuff around, any time I saw him in the morning when he wasn't taking a picture, he was either supergluing a groomsman's button, or had a sewing kit in hand, cleaning something, and probably loads more that we didn't even see, just making everything feel smooth, without complaint and without even being asked. He's such a talented photographer, we knew we loved his style from looking at his portfolio, but to see our own wedding captured by him, I might be biased but seriously they're the best wedding photos I've ever seen!
I honestly wouldn't hesitate to book him, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Realistically you spend your whole wedding day with your photographer so it really helps when they are friendly, calm, encouraging, and easy to get along with!
