Nothing excites me more than photographing a unique wedding full of personality! So I adapt to whatever your plans are and I go with the flow.
I work alone, I don’t use a flash and allow the day to flow naturally so you might actually forget that I am there!
In case you feel a bit awkward in front of a camera – who doesn’t? – don’t worry. Working with me is quite painless. Okay, but what about the ‘couple shots’, you’re wondering. I promise there won’t be any formal posing. I’ll do my best to make you feel at ease and I’ll document whatever happens. So if you guys like to hang out together, great, your photos will reflect that. If not, then, you might want to re-think this whole wedding ‘thing’…

We booked Barbara to photograph our wedding after seeing what an amazing job she did for my cousin. As someone who is incredibly awkward in front of a camera, I was fairly nervous, but I shouldn't have worried. Barbara is incredibly professional, responsive in communication, and listened and understood what we wanted from our wedding photos. Everyone who has seen them has mentioned how she captured the joy and fun of the day, while also saying they never realised she was there!
