We are able to provide a little bit of extra luxury for the special couple with our Eurasian Bear (our bridal suite) and Kodiak Bear (our pamper space) to complete the luxury bell tent village.
We will pitch and furnish the bell tents so you can just turn up and enjoy the glamping experience. And when the party’s over, we’ll be back to pack it all up. Totally hassle free!
Sleeping under canvas is a real treat. The beauty of a canvas tent is that it keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather.
Whether you’re a seasoned camper with all the kit or a complete novice looking for your first glamping experience, we can cater to all needs with our variety of packages.
We offer bell tents 3m in diameter, making them super cute and cosy. We can still fit in a double airbed so they’re perfect for couples or two friends. Or if you want a bit more space or to sleep 4 we have the 5m bell tent.

Having travelled extensively we know what separates the amazingly unforgettable experience from the downright average. Crucially, we also know exactly what is needed for a good night’s sleep. We’re ideal for couples who want to create something unique and make their special day that little bit longer. Staying on site and have guests staying there too so the celebrations can continue the next day! Whether it’s a festival-style wedding, barn, manor house, marquee, tipi or a field.

What makes us unique

You’ve booked a lovely, secluded location for your wedding but now you’re worried about your guests… Will taxi drivers be able to find the venue? The nearest B&B is miles away, where will they stay? And you know there will be arguments about who’s going to be the designated driver this time!

Well worry no more and instead treat your guests to an unforgettable night in a bell tent. Not only does it make sorting out wedding accommodation a doddle but it also means the celebrations can continue the next morning!

And your guests don’t need to be the only ones glamping! We can set up a bridal bell tent wherever you choose, so you can be in among the party or surveying from a distance.

We will arrive the day before your wedding to set up the bell tent village. This allows you and your guests to focus on the celebrations but still get a sound night’s sleep at the end. Bliss.

Create your own luxury bell tent village using our flexible bell tent packages, we refer to our bell tents as bears.

You can choose from two bell tent packages, furnished and unfurnished, Atlas Bear and Gobi Bear. Both of these are available as 3m tents or 5m tents. We also have the Eurasian Bear which is our fabulous bridal tent. Finally, we have the Kodiak Bear which is our pamper space.

So, what is included ??

The Atlas bear is the perfect festival wedding accommodation. You get everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay:

3m or 5m bell tent with sewn-in groundsheet
double airbed
coir matting
blanket
13.5 tog double duvet
pillows
bed linen
Our 5m tents come with all the above but are furnished for four people with one double airbed and two single airbeds.

Our Eurasian Bear
The bridal couple will love spending their first night under canvas with the Eurasian Bear package in our 5m fully furnished tent. You will get:

5m bell tent
real bed and mattress
coir matting and rugs
luxury bedding
lamps and fairy lights
hamper

Our Kodiak Bear
A 5m tents that allow your guests plenty of space to get ready and pamper themselves. You will get:

5m bell tent
coir matting
mirrors
dressing table and stool
power pack
additional seating
clothes rail

Our Gobi Bear
If you would prefer to keep things simple our Gobi Bear package in 3m or 5m may be for you, we provide the tent and coir matting unfurnished, leaving you to bring the rest.
