Cool Festival Wedding Inspiration…
Morning folks, I hope you are all well this frosty Tuesday morning. The clocks have gone back and even though the dark nights have rolled in, I can’t help but I adore this time of year… for me it means big baggy jumpers, new coats and bobble hats at the ready!
For those needing some Summer festival wedding inspiration, I have a cool, colourful and edgy bridal shoot to share with you; perfect for all your Summer festival brides-to-be. Set in the perfect orchard in the countryside, a team of local Kent wedding suppliers got their creative heads together to produce a stylish shoot centred around epic bridal separates, stylish groom style and some quirky and unique wedding details.
Cara Whyte, designer at Story of My Dress Bridal Wear explains…
I love how striking this modern, stylish bride is rocking the latest bridal trends against the back drop of the luscious green countryside. Showing you do not need to compromise on your style and bridal look, on trend & edgy also works for an outdoor, festival style wedding.
Both the top & skirt are from our own collection of bridal separates and dresses we launched this year, priced from £249-1200. The low back lace top with button detail works so well with our polka dot tulle tiered skirt! Styled with pink tassel earrings, pink velvet platforms and a pink fur coat! What’s not to love?!
Bridal Make up by Amy Barker was kept glowing and radiant creating a simplistic luminated look, whilst hairstyling by Terri from Kent Bridal Hair was left down, with big bouncy waves to accentuate the models beautiful bone structure.
To pair with the gorgeous bridal separates, groom style from Monk Clothing was kept stylish; mix and match prints and textures for a modern twist on a classic wedding style.
With the growing trend of having street food and mobile bars at weddings, the featured horse trailer ‘Lola’ from Little Bar Co. has been beautifully converted and serves delicious premium drinks… what’s not to love about this gorgeous pop up bar!
A huge thank you to the Kent wedding suppliers for sharing this shoot with us, including the amazing Emma from Epic Love Story, one of our very own Mr & Mrs Unique suppliers. Emma’s creative eye is amazing at capturing colour, fun and emotions which is evident throughout this shoot.
Big Love! <3
